Jose: Tackling the SRLA SuperSTAR Challenge

Meet Jose, a student at Hilda L. Solis Learning Academy. Jose is one of four SRLA students tackling the SRLA SuperSTAR Challenge this season. The SRLA SuperSTAR Challenge is a challenging feat that requires tremendous time and effort. To become an SRLA SuperSTAR, participants must accomplish five tasks. These tasks include having perfect attendance at school, earning at least a B in every class, helping a student they do not know complete a goal or school project, completing every official SRLA training event, and coordinating their SRLA group’s efforts in at least three of the seasons’ SRLA Cares projects to meet or exceed a certain collection amount. It won’t be easy, but that’s why it is a SuperSTAR Challenge.
